You don’t have to pay for an urgent service to get your apostille, you can do it yourself. The State of Kentucky processes all documents on a first-come, first-served basis.

An apostille may be placed on original documents issued in the state of Kentucky that bear the official signature and seal of a valid mandatory notary, current Kentucky State Registrar, Probate Judge, or a document issued by one of Kentucky’s state departments.
