You don’t have to pay for an urgent service to get your apostille, you can do it yourself. The State of New Jersey processes all documents on a first-come, first-served basis.


Apostille NJ services may only be issued in the state of New Jersey by the New Jersey Secretary of State’s office. We recommend that you call the Apostille Office and describe your document to ensure that you are ready for the apostille.


An apostille may be placed on original documents issued in the state of New Jersey that bear the official signature and seal of a valid mandatory notary, current New Jersey State Registrar, Probate Judge, or a document issued by one of New Jersey’s state departments.
