Documents Legalization for Yemen

The Yemen legalization services include all document checks, solicitors' certificates on request, legalization with all US agencies, and submission of documents to the Yemen Consulate in your state.

Authorities may need additional documents for your company. You should clarify this together with the regional authorities. The names of the documents you provide should appear in the same way as in your passports. Otherwise, authorities may refuse documents legalization for Yemen.

You should not delete the Yemen Apostille or Authentication yourself. Only a certified official from the US Point Out Department can complete this process. It is a matter of being signed by a notary in the exact same place where the document was issued. All signatures must be original, without photocopies.

In an effort to legalize the document submitted by the Yemen Expedited Legalization Service, the Embassy has the right to request the private existence of its holder of additional documents or documents demonstrating the intended use of the document under consideration.
