GMP is an acronym for Good Manufacturing Practices. GMP certificate ensures that cosmetics and personal care products with approved ingredients are produced under specific hygiene conditions and with proper documentation for all ingredients, processes, sales and packaging.


Many importers require a good manufacturing certificate before they can import products. Companies that are able to document compliance with good manufacturing practices, as described by the U.S. A Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate may be issued by government health authorities, government health authorities or other standards.
